About Our School

Dear Parents and Guardians,  

Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year at Clara E. Westropp School of the Arts! We are excited to welcome everyone back to school. We are busy preparing classrooms and gathering resources to support instruction for our students. This letter contains a great deal of important information. 

When school begins, I will also communicate with you regularly in my weekly message to staff and parents of the Westropp Community. Please check your email and our Facebook frequently for updates. Please ensure your phone numbers are correct for the IVR system to send you my notification and that you opt into getting the information texted to you.  All Students PK-8th will use Class DOJO to communicate, post classroom pictures, and other parent information. 

I am extremely excited about the upcoming school year! To ensure a great start for each child, the staff and I have spent time analyzing student performance data, identifying successful strategies for teaching, and reaffirming our commitment to make Westropp an environment that reflects high expectations and opportunities for our students. Please know that we are committed to the education and success of each child and seek to nurture a strong partnership between home and school. 

 I look forward to working collaboratively with you to ensure we continue to have a high-quality instructional program, where all students are learning and thriving.
